How I think about landing pages

Most teams skip the copy because the design looks right. That's backwards. A beautiful page with a muddy message converts worse than an ugly page with a clear one. I fix the words first. The design can wait.

I spent 5 years in-house at Qonto on CRO and SEO. That's where I learned how a website actually sells at scale. Today, I help SaaS teams rebuild their website strategy — homepage, pricing, messaging — freelance with teams like Payfit and Pigment.

One pattern kept showing up: the SaaS teams that actually win at growth don't treat their website like the brochure next to their ads. They treat it like the thing that sells.

That's the part I work on. Most pages I audit are beautifully designed and poorly written. The hero hedges, the subheadline buries the value prop, the CTA could belong to 200 other tools. Figma polish doesn't fix that.
