4. Description of the Service

- receive a conversion score automatically generated by the system;
- obtain personalized recommendations and actions to improve page performance.
Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute any guarantee of performance, SEO ranking, traffic, or commercial results.
5. Account Creation and Access
5.1. Registration
To use the Service, the User must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity performed through their account.
5.2. Access
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription or plan.
The Company reserves the right to limit or suspend access to certain features in the event of non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
5.3. Account Deletion
The User may delete their account at any time.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts in case of serious breach, fraudulent use, or violation of the law.
6. User Responsibilities
The User agrees to:
- use the Service in compliance with the law and these Terms;
- not submit illegal, defamatory, or third-party infringing content;
- not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or bypass security measures.
The User remains solely responsible for the content of the URLs submitted and guarantees that they have the necessary rights to use and analyze such content.
7. Access and Handling of Submitted Content
By using the Service, the User acknowledges and agrees that:
- URLs and related data may be temporarily stored to perform the analysis;
- some content may be processed through third-party providers (notably for AI-based analysis);
- only authorized personnel may access such data for legitimate purposes, including:
- technical maintenance and support,
- performance improvements,
- quality assurance.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Company Content
All elements of the Site and Service (text, algorithms, branding, logos, reports, databases, software, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Company.
8.2. License to Use
The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service for their professional purposes.
No transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights is granted.
8.3. User Content
The User retains ownership of the webpages and materials they submit.
The User grants the Company a temporary and limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Data and Privacy
The Service may collect technical data (such as URLs, logs, or usage data) and account information (name, email address).
No sensitive or unnecessary personal data is collected.
Data is hosted on Supabase and may be processed through providers such as OpenAI for AI-powered analysis.
The use of such third-party services implies acceptance of their respective terms and conditions.

10. Pricing and Refunds
10.1. Pricing
Pricing for subscriptions or analysis credits is displayed on the Site in euros (€), excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, subject to notice for existing subscribers.
10.2. Payment
Payments are processed online through Stripe.
In case of payment failure, access to the Service may be suspended.
10.3. Refund Policy
The User may request a refund under the following conditions:
- the Service has not been used during the previous month (up to three months maximum), or
- the User expresses dissatisfaction during the first month of subscription.
Refund requests must be made through the billing page or by contacting contact@gabrielamzallag.com.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or consumed.
11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service may integrate or rely on third-party providers or APIs, including but not limited to:
- OpenAI for AI-based analysis;
- Firecrawl to get the content of the page.
By using the Service, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms of these third-party providers.
12. Warranties and Liability
12.1. No Guarantee of Results
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or suitability for a particular purpose.
12.2. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business).
In any case, the Company's total liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events as recognized under French law.
13. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.
Termination does not entitle the User to a refund for any ongoing or past billing periods.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris unless otherwise required by law.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability
